The assignment

A forum is judged twice: once in the room, and again by everyone who was not in it.

HistoriaComms facilitated and managed the National Civilian Protection Forum, a two-day event hosted by the Office of the Special Envoy for Stabilization and Civilian Protection and sponsored by IOM Somalia. Held at the Hangar in Mogadishu, the forum brought together high-level participants from across Somalia and the international community to engage on civilian protection.

HistoriaComms managed the event experience from planning through delivery. Our work covered event coordination, venue branding, media coverage, and visibility, bringing consistency and professionalism to every public-facing element of the forum.

The assignment reflects our ability to support high-level events where careful coordination, clear presentation, and effective media engagement all matter.
